# Glongus Terms of Service

Glongus is a place to play and make community-made games, avatars, and worlds. By making an account or using glongus.net, you're agreeing to these terms. If that's not okay with you, please don't use the site.

## 1. Who can use Glongus

Anyone. There's no age limit and you don't need a parent's permission to sign up.

## 2. Your account

- Keep your username and password safe. Anything that happens on your account is on you.
- Don't share your account, pretend to be someone else, or make an account for another person.
- If you break these terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law, we can suspend or delete your account.

## 3. Your content

- What you make is yours. That includes the games, avatars, and anything else you upload.
- When you upload something, you let Glongus host it, show it, and let other people play it and see it on the platform, for as long as it stays up. That license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and free.
- Only upload stuff you actually have the right to use. No ripping off other people's work.
- We can take down content that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines, and we don't have to tell you first.

## 4. What not to do

- Don't harass, threaten, or bully people.
- Don't upload malware, cheats, or anything meant to break the site or mess with other players.
- Don't try to get into other people's accounts or into our systems.
- Don't use Glongus for anything illegal, or to make content that's hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise against the law.

## 5. Bits

- Bits are Glongus's virtual currency. You can only use them on Glongus, like for unlocking marketplace items.
- They aren't real money. You can't cash them out, get refunds for them, or send them to other accounts unless we say otherwise.
- If there's a bug, fraud, or abuse, we may add, remove, or change Bits balances to fix it.

## 6. The desktop app

There's a desktop app you can download to play some games. It's optional, and these terms cover it too.

## 7. Ending things

We can suspend or end your access at any time, whether it's for breaking the terms or something else, and we might not warn you first. You can also stop using Glongus and delete your account whenever you want.

## 8. Disclaimer

Glongus is provided as is. We can't promise it'll always be online, bug-free, or secure. Games and other content are made by the community, so they reflect their creators, not us.

## 9. Changes

We might change these terms now and then. If it's a big change, we'll try to tell you, probably on the site. If you keep using Glongus after a change, you're okay with the new version.
